She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Union Institute and an MPH in Global Health from Harvard.  She has consulted with the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and recently appeared in the Boston Globe and Vice News for her groundbreaking work on Team Initiations and Hazing.  She also writes on a variety of topics. 

Dr. Fahlberg was a scholarship athlete in college and her interest in sports psychology grew steadily over the last 15 years as she navigated the new world of youth sports with her son who is now an NCAA college athlete.

​Victoria Fahlberg is a mental skills trainer working as an independent consultant certified through the Association for Applied Sports Psychology. Her history of success as a psychotherapist, consultant, speaker, and college professor spans more than two decades.
